Note that by visiting the Site, or using any of our Services, your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy and may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States. Your use of our Site or Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and the SYKY Terms and Conditions, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account.

Where UK or EU data protection laws apply, please note that we process your personal information for certain permitted purposes and rely on a number of legal bases to do so.
